Hi everyone! My name is Alicia, and I am so glad that you are visiting my site! I started this site with the intent of creating a space where I can collect and share all my design ideas, pictures, projects, etc. I have always had a passion for design but have only recently started to take action towards it, thus creating this blog!

Let me give you a little background info on myself. I am married to my high-school sweetheart (for almost 15 years now), I have three kids (ages 12, 10 and 5), and I am a nurse practitioner. My husband is a military pilot and so we have lived in different locations during different phases of our life together. With that said we have lived in our fair share of houses. We have purchased a total of 4 homes. The first home we purchased we still own and lease out to this day. That house is my pride and joy because it is the house where my children were babies, toddlers and preschoolers. Our second home was a huge blessing because we purchased at a GREAT price! As a result we were able to make some design upgrades and sell for a nice profit. The third house, we are currently living in, we also bought at a great price and primarily picked this house for the great school district. This house is the one that I primarily feature in my pictures. We closed on our 4th house on Valentine’s Day 2018. This is our first flip house! As if we didn’t have enough on our plate! Flipping a house was always a long-term goal for my husband and I…I invite you all to join me in my journey with that project.
